Watch our latest Procurement on Demand ‘Reasons to Implement Kaizen and Where to Start’ webinar which provides an insight into the role of Kaizen in procurement.
What is Kaizen
‘Kaizen’ is a Japanese term meaning “change for the better”, a philosophy that focuses on constant, process-oriented improvement.
Our latest Procurement on Demand webinar with Roman Safonovs looks at Kaizen in more detail. This session explains what Kaizen is and recommends where a business can start with implementing it as part of their supply chain. It also works through a short case study to show how it can be applied in real life.
